The ideal candidate will have experience in structural steel welding and fabrication, HOWEVER a good work ethic and desire to learn with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and precision. are the minimum requirements. Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead, confined spaces)

Strong commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage

Reliable attendance and punctuality
