Supervise Retail Store Cashiers, ensuring adherence to customer service standards, corporate policies, and food safety regulations.

Ensure compliance with food safety standards for all retail operations, including handling, storage, and display of food items.

Provide training for cashiers on cash handling, customer interaction, food safety, and transaction processes.

Monitor cashier performance, conducting regular evaluations and providing coaching as needed to achieve service goals.

Oversee daily cash handling, ensuring accuracy in transactions and secure handling in compliance with company policies.

Collaborate with inventory and dispatch teams to maintain store readiness and product availability.

Address and resolve customer concerns or escalations promptly and professionally.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of cashier stations, maintaining a welcoming and efficient checkout environment.

Assist in staffing schedules to ensure adequate cashier coverage, minimizing customer wait times.

Track and report on sales metrics, cash discrepancies, and customer feedback to inform management of store performance.

Liaise with Human Resources to ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Other tasks as may be assigned.
