Jennifer Temps is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a temporary opportunity in Albany, NY. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to provide professional administrative support in a fast-paced office. ##### Your Tasks Manage staff calendars on a day-to-day basis. Format and prepare reports and presentation materials. Establish and maintain electronic and hard-copy files, logs, and tracking systems. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare related paperwork. Schedule in-person and virtual meetings and conference calls. Compile, prioritize, and distribute mail. Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed. Answer and route telephone calls to the appropriate parties. Enter data into and extract information from electronic databases. Assist with additional assignments and projects as needed.##### Our requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience working in a professional office setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with shared calendars and virtual meeting applications, including WebEx and Zoom. Experience supporting day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, correspondence, document management, and general administrative needs. Ability to enter and extract data from electronic databases. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with individuals of different personalities. Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities. Strong organizational skills, including the ability to organize information into reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
