Pentecom is looking for anHR Managerwho can serve as a trusted partner to leadership while supporting employees across the organization, including playing a key role in attracting and onboarding talent. This role is crucial in maintaining a strong, people-focused culture while ensuring HR practices are practical, compliant, and scalable as we continue to grow.

Please note: The HR Manager position is afull-time, remote or in-person position.

Responsibilities

Serve as a resource for employees and managers on employee relations matters, helping navigate situations with sound judgment, consistency, and discretion

Ensure HR practices remain compliant with applicable federal, multi-state, and local regulations, with a focus on accuracy and timely resolution of issues

Oversee benefits administration and coordination to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and a positive employee experience

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, to support hiring needs across the organization

Support the refinement and development of HR policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and scalability as the organization grows and evolves

Partner with leadership to support effective people practices and help align HR efforts with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

7+ years of human resourcesexperience

Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field

Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR compliance requirements

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures

Strong communication skills with the ability to operate effectively across all levels of the organization

Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations

A willingness to wear multiple hats

Experience with HRIS platform(s), preferred but not required

Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
