Job Description: Summit Mfg. Corp. is seeking qualified team members for industrial assembly positions. The ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of hand tools, the ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure, and proven success in hands-on work. Manufacturing experience is valuable but not necessary, as on-the-job training is available. This role is fitting for someone with a strong drive for growth and the ability to work overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in industrial assembly work, including grinding and print reading.

Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including forklifts.

Follow instructions and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Skills Needed:

Basic knowledge of hand tools.

Ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Knowledge Required:

Understanding of basic manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to Implement:

Ability to perform physical labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials.

Capability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Skill in following instructions and working as part of a team.
