ABOUT US: The Windjammer Restaurant with 400 seats serving lunch and dinner Tuesday - Saturday. A true Burlington favorite for almost 50 years, known for its welcoming atmosphere and quality American-style cuisine, especially steak and seafood. Located in South Burlington, we proudly operate two restaurants under one roof, the Windjammer Restaurant and the Upper Deck Pub.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cooking during dinner services

Assembling salads and other cold items

Assisting with food preparation before and after shifts

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workspace

QUALIFICATIONS:

Work well under pressure with a team while maintaining our high

standards

Friendly and dependable

Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 2540 lbs.

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
