Overview: The Kartrite Resort and Indoor Water Park is seeking a Busperson in Monticello NY.

The Busperson is responsible to assist the outlet manger and restaurant servers in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include: Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments. Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary. Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Skills; Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push or pull heavy equipment, and stand for extended periods of time Ability to understand and follow directions and perform job functions under limited supervision. Can communicate well with guests Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc. Requirements Valid Driver's License Reference Check Hotel experience preferred. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.

Shift, Salary and Benefits: This position is full-time, Monday - Sunday, Hours vary, $20.34 per hour Benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, Holidays, and 401k/retirement
