This role helps ensure our hotels remain safe, functional, and comfortable for our guests. Responsibilities

Perform plumbing repairs, including toilets, tubs, sinks, faucets, and waterlines

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as outlets, switches, breakers, light fixtures, and locating shorts

Complete drywall and painting tasks, including patching, compound work, and knockdown texture

Assist with general property maintenance and guest-ready standards

Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally

Requirements

Experience in plumbing, electrical, and drywall/painting

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Must have your own basic tools

Must be able to work some weekends

Valid driver's license required

Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
