Key Responsibilities:

Submit and follow up on insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and

compliance

documentation

Maintain patient accounts, track balances, and manage payments and

adjustments

Contact patients regarding payment plans and outstanding invoices

Receive payments, issue receipts, reconcile cash, and prepare

deposits

Communicate effectively across departments and handle patient

concerns professionally

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred

Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Accurate data entry skills and solid math abilities

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Experience with CAH or Rural Health Clinic billing is a plus
