Monitor media coverage and prepare performance reports evaluating PR campaign effectiveness. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, food bloggers, industry partners, and community organizations. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement across locations. Manage the companys social media presence and assist with content strategy aligned with public relations objectives.
