As a Kewpee Hamburgers Shift Supervisor, you will be a role model for store operations and company standards. You will support the General Manager (GM) in managing overall restaurant operations, improving the customer experience, and achieving business goals, while taking ownership of team leadership, training, performance, and accountability.

You will lead each shift by example, working alongside team members to ensure quality customer service, food safety, food quality, cleanliness, and efficient restaurant operations. Shift Supervisors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful work environment, communicate effectively with team members, address performance concerns appropriately, and ensure that employees follow company policies and procedures.

The physical work environment is fast-paced and requires extended periods of physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, and other activities necessary to perform the responsibilities of the position. The role involves frequent interaction with customers and team members and may require working both indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.

The position involves working with and around food products and common allergens, as well as operating and working around commercial kitchen equipment and cleaning products. Employees may be required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all applicable safety, food handling, sanitation, and company procedures.

You're at least 18 years of age.

You have minimum of 6 months of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.

You're able to complete company training.

You're able to pass a background check.

You have reliable transportation.

You will maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

You're available to work flexible hours that may include weekends, late nights and/or holidays and travel as needed for work-related functions and training

You're available to work a minimum of five (5) days per week

You enjoy people & have great communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work as part of a team, build relationships and direct the work of others

You're committed to, and experienced with, health and food safety.
