We are seeking a high-energy, adaptable HR Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience to own full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced manufacturing startup environment. This role requires someone who can seamlessly transition between strategic sourcing for technical roles and high-volume recruiting for production personnel. You will build our talent acquisition infrastructure from the ground up, establish efficient hiring workflows, and directly fuel our facility's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Startup Recruiting: Design and execute scalable sourcing strategies to recruit technical, operational, and plant personnel.

Manufacturing Sourcing: Build candidate pipelines for engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and high-volume production roles.

Process Infrastructure: Implement and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), interview rubrics, and hiring workflows.

Campus and Event Hiring: Represent the company at local job fairs, trade schools, and university events to capture entry-level and graduate talent.

Agile Collaboration: Partner closely with Plant Managers and Shift Supervisors to align recruitment goals with production schedules.

Onboarding and Brand: Craft a compelling candidate experience that promotes our employer brand and coordinates smooth day-one onboarding.

Requirements and Qualifications

Experience: 3-5 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically combining high-volume manufacturing and fast-scaling startup environments.

Geographic Focus: Deep familiarity with the Central Texas labor market, workforce dynamics, and competitive hiring landscape.

Technical Sourcing Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local text-recruiting tools popular in light industrial sectors.

Soft Skills: Extreme adaptability, resilience, outstanding professional communication, and a "builder" mindset.

Compliance: Solid understanding of Texas labor regulations, OSHA compliance basics, and standard EEOC guidelines.
