The purpose of this job is to ensure the in-stock conditions of all non-prepared food product.

Essential Functions Determine the level of products that must be ordered and when to update product levels Stock deliveries and determine why particular items are not ordering Handle direct store delivery vendors to ensure proper product level is delivered, all items are properly accounted for, and vendor follows appropriate product placement Stock product daily with a focus on empty pegs Complete monthly marketing changeover Develop positive working relationship with vendors; successfully interact with customers, vendors, and corporate representatives Use suggestive selling methods to promote and sell products Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest Process cash and credit/debit cashier transactions as needed Contribute to the maintenance and cleaning of work area Fill in for other team members to ensure coverage as needed Assist with the training of new retail sales specialists for other locations Perform cleaning and other miscellaneous maintenance duties Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent certificate required Minimum one years experience in a similar position with similar tasks of high-volume retail with profit and loss accountability preferred
