Indiana County Municipal Services Authority has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the Authority, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls promptly using an AVAYA IP Office Phone System

Manage inquiries and complaints from customers, visitors, and employees

Perform basic bookkeeping and clerical duties with accuracy and efficiency

Maintain a tidy reception area

Arrange appointments for the service crew

Accept and process payments over the phone and at the counter.

Assist new customers who are requesting service

Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching daily mail

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:

A working knowledge and experience of office equipment and procedures.

General knowledge of standard letter writing and business correspondence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience with Microsoft Office.

Organized and resourceful.

Customer focused.

Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multi-tasking.

Fast and eager learner.
