This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support functions to ensure essential front desk tasks are covered.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES and SCOPE:

Receives, sorts and delivers office mail daily.

Prepares outgoing mail daily and FedEx as needed.

Coordinate travel for corporate personnel.

Direct calls to the appropriate person, voicemail, or takes messages as directed/necessary.

Direct group distribution emails to the appropriate person.

Assist with any special projects.

Order and stock office supplies.

Updates to corporate intranet.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of High School diploma required.

Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role.

Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

Provide outstanding customer service internally to our fellow employees, vendors, and customers.

Ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, charts and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
