Job Overview\ We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that guests feel welcomed and satisfied throughout their dining experience.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information

about daily specials.

Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros

POS systems.

Provide recommendations for food and drink pairings, showcasing

upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.

Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high

standards of presentation.

Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing

any concerns or requests promptly.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation

and timely service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including

bussing tables and resetting for new guests.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe

dining environment.

Assist with cash handling and basic math calculations during the

payment process.
