Company: The Inside Source, Inc. Job Location: 9877 40th Ave SO, Seattle, Washington 98118 Job Duties: Consult on furniture technical details, specifications, space planning, and pricing.

Design functional space plans for both institutional and commercial settings.

Consult on pertinent ADA, NFPA, and local regulations.

Prepare accurate layout drawings and renders using AutoCAD, 20-20 Studio, and Visual Impressions. Create multiple, detailed versions of each plan for architects, clients, sales, and service staff.

Work closely with outside firms, providing detailed documentation and cut sheets in a timely manner. Generate preliminary quotes using 20-20 Worksheet.

Ensure a high degree of quality and accuracy through regular checking processes.

Manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Manage and organize project files. Telecommuting is allowed for this position. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a FIDER/CIDA accredited program in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field and any amount of experience in the following:

Interior design and/or furniture dealership.

Furniture space planning.

AutoCAD.

Interior design field and current practices.

Applicable building codes, ADA regulations, and national electrical code.

Workplace trends (aesthetic, ergonomics, technology integration, workplace culture).

Furniture vendor partners, including features/benefits, pricing, application and assembly,

specification options and nomenclature order preparation, project management, order management, and delivery/installation.
