Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA)

Location: Hybrid - Fort Smith, AR (In-person support required several days per week)\ Compensation: Competitive, DOE

\ About the Role

Our client, a fast-moving finance/crypto startup led by a high-profile C-suite executive and serial entrepreneur, is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (EA/PA). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, works proactively with minimal oversight, and can seamlessly manage both professional and personal priorities for an extremely busy executive.

You will be the executives right hand, ensuring their time, focus, and energy are directed toward high-impact goals. This means handling complex scheduling, coordinating travel, managing personal logistics, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the executives world running smoothly.

This is a hybrid role based in or near Fort Smith, Arkansas, with regular in-person support required.

\ Key Responsibilities\ Executive Support\ \

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and strategic prioritization for

the C-suite executive.

Act as the primary gatekeeper screening requests, protecting the

executives time, and ensuring alignment with business priorities.

Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure flawless

follow-through.

Assist with presentation materials, research, and executive

communications.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring

smooth communication and execution.

Personal Support

Handle a wide range of personal tasks including errands, household

coordination, vendor management, reservations, and special projects.

Assist with personal travel, family scheduling, and lifestyle

logistics as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise impeccable judgment at all

times.

Operations & Logistics

Coordinate domestic and international travel - flights, hotels,

ground transport, itineraries.

Support event planning, offsites, and executive engagements.

Manage expenses, receipts, reimbursements, and financial tracking

for both work and personal budgets.\ \

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience as an EA, PA, or Chief of Staff style

operator supporting senior executives or entrepreneurs.

Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment, with the

ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing

priorities calmly.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently

with investors, partners, and high-level stakeholders.

High discretion and trustworthiness, handles sensitive information

with professionalism.

Tech-savvy: familiar with modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack,

project management tools, scheduling platforms).

Must have flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends based on the

executives schedule.

Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Fort Smith, AR area.
