1st shift (6:30a-4:30p) M-TH and overtime as needed

Able to work safely

Able to read, write, and use measuring tools with attention to detail up to 1/32"

Must have the ability to read and understand custom projects/drawings, and assure product is produced to spec

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Strong math skills and ability to calculate fractions

Ability to operate computer terminal (general computer knowledge, use mouse / keyboard)

Ability to operate various hand tools

Mechanical knowledge to assure equipment is operating properly

Flexible regarding changes associated with lean manufacturing

Ambitious, eager to accept challenge, self-motivated

Demonstrate teamwork, cooperate with peers and supervisors

Ability to be on your feet 8+ hours a day

Ability to perform necessary job functions in a non-climate controlled environment
