About the Role:

As a Painter in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in ensuring that products meet high-quality standards through precise and efficient painting techniques. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint coatings, and finishing products using both manual and spray painting methods. Safety and attention to detail are paramount, as you will also be required to safely operate forklifts and adhere to all workplace safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience in painting within a manufacturing environment.

Certification or demonstrated ability to safely operate a forklift.

Basic knowledge of packing and shipping equipment operation.

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with spray painting techniques and equipment maintenance.

Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Previous training in workplace safety and hazardous materials handling.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or paint specifications.
