POSITION: FT-PT State Tested Nurse's Aide

DEPARTMENT: The Meadows at Osborn Park

SALARY RANGE: Up to $25.31/hour (including shift differential, attendance and on-time bonuses)

$21.06/hour (base rate, after probation)

POSTING DATE: 8:00 a.m., April 22, 2026

CLOSING DATE: 4:30 p.m., October 31, 2026

[MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS]{.underline}

Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade or equivalent with state licensures as STNA. Ability to lift residents with assistance. Ability to maintain a sympathetic attitude towards residents. Satisfactorily passing a physical exam and tuberculosis test, testing to be updated according to the needs of the facility. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. State Identification (State ID) is also accepted for non-drivers. Erie County residency preferred.

Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.
