Manufacturing Supervisor

An established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who is committed to safety, quality, employee development, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule hourly production employees.

Ensure daily safety, quality, housekeeping, and production goals are achieved.

Verify that equipment, materials, and resources are available for efficient and safe operations.

Oversee production, quality, safety, cost control, and employee relations.

Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

3--5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is preferred.

Experience working in a union environment is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Demonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to achieving operational goals.

Schedule

Full-time

Typically 40--45 hours per week, with overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, reach, and use hands throughout the workday.

Ability to communicate effectively with employees across all departments.

Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Close attention to detail and the ability to safely perform work requiring visual focus and coordination.
