We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable Accountant to join our finance team. As a key member of the finance team, this accounting role will support the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting processes, and overall financial strategy. This role is ideal for an individual looking to advance their accounting career within a collaborative and mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements

Participate in the month-end close process

Review designated general ledger accounts and associated activity

Participate in the Accounts Payable and Account Receivable processes

Process and send monthly invoices to clients

Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies promptly and effectively

Prepare and record monthly journal entries and account reconciliations

Assist with internal and external audit requests

Support ad hoc accounting and finance projects and analysis

Allocate expenditures to appropriate accounts per company procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Education Required Skills/Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

0-3 years of experience preferred, ideally in a corporate environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology platforms

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
