What you'll be doing: QA Sorter** Performs sorting inspections, either manually or through the use of inspection equipment as assigned. Support general quality inspection process. Quality Sorting is a manufacturing environment and maintains good housekeeping practices for a clean workplace.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Make decisions as to acceptability of appearance and performance with assistance if necessary

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}May be assigned to perform specialized sorts to determine conformance to specific specifications.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}May assist with counting and packing of product.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Responsible for general housekeeping of work area. Maintains safe working conditions and conducts oneself in a way as to not endanger oneself or fellow employees.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Responsible to keep supervisor informed of work-related problems and the progress of work assignments.

Additional Qualifications:

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Must be able to hold parts and gauges with both hands. Must be able to lift up to 1 lb. at a time with both hands.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}May be required to lift up to 40 lbs. maximum assistance will be provided if needed.

[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Must be able to read, write, and count.
