Job Duties Under general supervision, provides training and system support for staff providing services to clients and conducting assessments for clients. Independently interprets health plan and Department of Human Services (DHS) requirements to update and maintain systems, create and update workflows, and best practices, creates, and maintains forms, and assists with continuous improvement of processes. Runs a variety of reports and provides information as requested to aid in management decisions and to comply with state, local and federal reporting requirements. Troubleshoots system issues and collaborates with vendors. Reviews case files for quality improvement measures for audit preparation and serves as liaison to health plan partners for data exchange and process collaboration. Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in business administration, management information systems, or related field.

Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, management information systems, or related field and two (2) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.

A combination of education and experience equivalent to four (4) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
