Job Duties Under supervision, independently prepares complaints and pleadings for filing with District Court on behalf of the County Attorney's Office. This requires review of investigative reports from law enforcement, review of Minnesota statutes and case law. At the direction of attorneys, requests discovery, evidence and prepares disclosure accordingly with Minnesota Rules of Criminal Procedure. Supports a diverse, respectful, and inclusive workplace.

Minimum Education Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in legal studies or related field.

Associate's degree from an accredited college in legal studies or related field and two (2) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.

A combination of education and experience equivalent to four (4) years of experience in a similar position as listed in the work functions.
