Pay Range

*$32.50 - 37.68 + Shift Differential + Hero Pay

Full-Time: 11:00pm - 7:00am

Part-Time: 7:00am - 11am or 7:00pm - 11pm

Essential Responsibilities as an RN

As a valued member of our care team, you will:

Deliver direct nursing care and implement individualized resident care plans

Administer medications and manage pain safely, accurately, and on time

Monitor resident conditions, including skin integrity and wound care

Observe, assess, document, and report changes in resident status

Carry out physician orders promptly and accurately

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and State/Federal regulations

Provide calm, critical thinking during urgent or emergent situations

Communicate clearly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Lead, assign, and support clinical staff while promoting teamwork and growth

Assist with staffing coverage and unit support as needed

Deliver thorough shift reports to ensure continuity of care

Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding resident and family expectations

Float between units as operational needs require

Education, Training, Experience

High school diploma or GED

Graduate of an accredited RN program

Current Michigan RN license in good standing

Successful completion of State Board examinations
