This role focuses on retention, crossselling, and expanding the use of ISS's corporate governance, executive compensation, sustainability, and financial analysis solutions. As a Strategic Account Manager you'll partner with an established client base, strengthen long-term relationships, and identify new crossselling opportunities that help organizations make better decisions.What You'll Do Maintain and grow relationships across an assigned client portfolio Use a consultative sales approach to identify and close crosssell opportunities Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, pipeline management, negotiations, renewals, and closing new business Build targeted outreach and leadgeneration campaigns to expand engagement within accounts Achieve revenue goals through retention and new solution sales Partner with ISS-Corporate advisory teams to deliver insights and strong customer service Provide market feedback to support product developmentWhat We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-7 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales or marketing; financial or corporate/consulting background preferred Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Comfortable building credibility and rapport with senior executivesWhy This Role Matters You'll join a growthoriented business in a market where demand is increasing Corporate governance and executive compensation remain major focus areas for boards, investors, and the media * Structured onboarding and training to support fast productivity.Base salary: The New York City expected base pay range is $85,000 - $95,000 per year.
