Employ scripting languages (e.g., Python within Rhino) to automate repetitive tasks, optimize design parameters, and generate complex geometries. Develop custom workflows and tools to enhance design efficiency and explore innovative solutions. Leverage sophisticated modeling software (e.g., CATIA) to create highly detailed and precise 3D models, particularly for complex geometries and fabrication-ready designs. Apply knowledge of parametric modeling and digital fabrication techniques to bridge the gap between design and construction. Create digital twins of projects. Deliver high-quality BIM models and construction documentation, ensuring project coordination and accuracy. Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules, using BIM methodologies. Integrate building systems (e.g., structural, MEP) into the BIM model, ensuring coordination and clash detection (e.g., Navisworks). Create digital fabrication documentation for complex building components. Actively seeks out and tests new AI tools to improve workflows. Explores the use of AI for data analytics of building performance & behavior. Builds targeted training models from a catalog of internal assets and uses AI to assist with the creation of concept documentation.

Educational and experience Requirements: Master's in Architecture plus 36 months of experience performing architectural design services working in an advanced design environment OR Bachelor's Degree in Architecture + 60 months of progressive architectural design experience)

If Masters Degree: Special Skills requirements: 3 years of experience in: a) utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies and collaborative design workflow) b) utilizing parametric computational modeling, geometry modeling and scripting using Python. c) utilizing Navisworks for BIM coordination, CATIA to model complex architectural systems, 3D modelling using Rhino and Revit.
