TITLE: IT Quality Control Senior Advisor

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

DUTIES: Develops testing strategy and master test plan to support testing objectives.

Manages the relationship with project/program stakeholders (IT and business). Leads and coordinates all testing within a project/program.

Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of testing components.

Defines appropriate testing methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design.

Reviews/Approves all project related test assets for completeness and quality.

Collects testing metrics, reports status as defined in test plan with supporting data.

Leads both onshore and offshore test execution resources for project under test.

Accountable for Test Data Management, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data in repositories, ID gaps, align Configuration Management and Release Management on data needs and own test data provisioning tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related.

Five (5) years of experience in any occupation with experience executing application testing and IT product quality.

Five (5) years in any occupation with experience executing application testing and IT product quality must include: Experience with Trizetto Facets; Broad understanding of industry standard testing tools, processes, and practices; Mastery of SOAP and API testing methodologies; Demonstrated ability to manipulate relational and NoSQL databases, writing, executing, and optimizing SQL and MongoDB queries to fetch or persist test data; Demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects in parallel with different timelines, requirements, and stakeholders; Demonstrated ability to contribute value to a test driven development (TDD) and continuous testing software development environment; Strong understanding of application deployment architectures and ability to communicate testing goals, and make recommendations for test strategies against those architectures; Ability to organize test plans and test data; and Ability to maintain documents specifying software design, test readiness, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.

Hybrid Position: Reports to company office in Mason, OH, 3 to 4 days a week
