Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team.

Performing ongoing facility maintenance, adjustments on equipment & machinery to maintain a fully operating facility going on a daily basis.

This role also involves working in the production rooms as well as picking and fulfilling orders according to the company's daily production schedule. Work is primarily performed in climate-controlled areas.

Responsibilities:

Working under an experience employee and learn to follow and complete the company's daily schedule.

Learn the company techniques, learn custom software.

Learn the operation of all machines for production and cutting and wrapping including scanners, electronic scales, vacuum-packed machines and more.

Operate in varying temperature environments, including coolers and freezers.

Prepare workstations for the next shift, maintain equipment in working condition ensure tools and equipment are sanitized., clean floors, remove trash and waste materials, including boxes.

Remain physically active throughout the shift, including walking, standing, and moving pallets.

Lift items ranging from 25 to 50 lbs.

Maintain effective communication across departments to support production flow, particularly with the Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, and VP of Operations.

Qualifications/Education/Experience/Skills:

Willingness to learn and follow all food handling and sanitation procedures.

Reliable, responsible, and able to work well with others.

Attention to detail and ability to identify potential hazards or issues.

OSHA-compliant forklift certification is a plus.

Physical stamina to stay active and engaged throughout the shift.
