As a Banquet Server at the Grove Hotel, you will help bring events to life by providing excellent food and beverage service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and serve guests during meetings, banquets, and special

events.

Set up tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event

specifications.

Deliver food and beverages with professionalism and efficiency.

Replenish beverages and clear plates as needed throughout the event.

Verify guest identification before serving alcoholic beverages.

Maintain a clean and orderly workspace during and after events.

Communicate professionally and courteously with guests and fellow

team members.

Reset banquet space to pre-event condition after service.

Work collaboratively to ensure smooth, high-quality event execution.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years of age (must be 19+ to serve alcohol).

Boise alcohol certification required.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Ability to carry trays and serve with proper technique.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as

business requires.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
