Key Responsibilities:

Plan and track project scope, budget, schedule, and deliverables to meet objectives.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to review requisition packages, material take-offs, and design drawings (Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Structural).

Assist in preparing reports, specifications, and contract documents; meet with clients to clarify project requirements.

Monitor project performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust schedules to ensure successful completion.

Perform calculations for project segments and support design changes within budget limits.

Attend internal and external project meetings to provide updates and insights.

Skills:

Strong communication skills: bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with AutoCAD and Procore, preferred.

Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and think independently.

Valid drivers license and U.S. work authorization required.

Willing to travel.

Workweek Details:

- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Monday through Friday.

Open to travel, as needed.
