We are looking for an experienced, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician for the Champion Hills at Windyke apartments in Memphis, Tennessee.

Work schedule: Monday through Friday, rotating weekends on-call, overtime as needed

Responsibilities include:

HVAC and appliance installation and repair

Plumbing and electrical repair

Lock installation, repair, and re-keying

Preventive maintenance

Make-ready

Daily documentation of work performed

Following company and OSHA safety policies

Requirements

MUST HAVE

HVAC certification (Universal preferred)

2+ years of apartment maintenance experience

Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

Physical ability to perform assigned tasks

General knowledge of applicable building codes / laws

Ability to complete required documentation

High school diploma or equivalent

Reliable vehicle suitable for maintenance work

Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance

Ability to pass credit, background, and drug screenings
