What You'll Do

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing precision aerospace components that meet exact customer specifications.

Your responsibilities will include:

Operating CNC machines to produce quality parts safely and efficiently

Monitoring multiple machines and processes simultaneously

Using precision measuring equipment including:

Micrometers

Calipers

Gauges

Optical Comparators

Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

Recording production and quality data within our electronic systems

Performing routine operator maintenance (TPM)

Deburring and reworking parts when necessary

Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Maintaining a clean, organized workstation using 5S principles

Following all company safety and quality procedures

Preferred Skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements

Experience using precision measuring equipment

Basic computer proficiency

Basic shop math skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, and reaching

Regular lifting up to 10 pounds

Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Education

High School Diploma or GED required
