A Brief Overview

The QA Operations & Packaging Manager is responsible for developing and leading quality control strategies across manufacturing operations and packaging. This role oversees all floor quality and incoming component inspection activities, ensuring products consistently meet regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to drive continuous improvement, resolve quality issues, and implement preventive strategies. This position provides leadership to the QA team, ensures audit readiness, and establishes quality systems that support operational efficiency and compliance.
