Office / Administrative Assistant - Property Management (Customer Service)

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Non-Exempt

What You'll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Deliver professional, responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and vendors

Support leasing efforts, including assisting with tours and applicant follow-up

Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization

Coordinate and process maintenance work orders

Answer phones, manage correspondence, and handle office communications

Assist with rent collection and posting payments

Maintain schedules, calendars, and office workflow

What You Bring

1+ year of administrative or office experience with strong customer service skills

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice to Have:

Property management or leasing experience

Knowledge of HUD, Section 8, or LIHTC

Yardi or similar software experience

Requirements

Work schedules may include Saturdays, based on property performance needs such as occupancy levels, leasing activity, and rent collections.

When required, weekend coverage will be scheduled on a rotating basis and aligned with business priorities.

Employees are expected to support leasing efforts, resident engagement, and rent collection activities during scheduled weekend hours.

Work schedules are subject to change based on business needs and property performance.
