In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, restrooms, and dining areas by cleaning floors, surfaces, and equipment as needed.

Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen at all times.

Help with stocking supplies and organizing storage areas to maintain an efficient workflow.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong work ethic and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods of time.

Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards coworkers.
