The Site Director is the top operational leader accountable for the site's performance, strategy execution, and culture. This role owns the full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and is charged with delivering results across cost, quality, service, and growth while ensuring compliance with medical device regulations and corporate standards. The Site Director leads a matrixed team, including direct oversight of Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operational Excellence, and dotted-line responsibility for Quality, Finance, and Human Resources.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader must thrive in a complex, regulated, precision manufacturing environment and build strong internal and customer-facing relationships to drive performance, continuous improvement, and long-term growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Strategic & Operational Leadership

Set and execute the site strategy across manufacturing, engineering, customer service, talent, equipment, and capacity.

Own full site P&L and drive financial performance in alignment with company goals.

Align site execution with global corporate standards, ensuring the site contributes to long-term organizational success.

Define and implement the manufacturing footprint, process flow, equipment standardization, and workforce models to support current and future business needs.

Customer & Commercial Engagement

Serve as the senior operations point of contact for key customers. Build partnerships that strengthen our role as a preferred supplier.

Understand customer supply chain models and develop proactive solutions to their challenges.

Drive initiatives that create "stickiness," deepen partnerships, and support strategic account expansion.

Operational Execution & Excellence

Ensure robust fulfillment and quality systems that meet regulatory requirements and satisfy customer requirements.

Develop and manage capacity and supply plans that anticipate and adapt to demand fluctuations.

Leverage analytics to drive labor strategy, surge capacity, training timelines, and retention programs.

Establish and sustain a site-wide management operating system that flags risks early and ensures accountability across functions.

People & Culture Leadership

Build and align a high-performing, cross-functional leadership team with clearly defined responsibilities and shared goals.

Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on root cause resolution and process discipline.

Promote a high-trust, high-performance environment where expectations are clear and results are owned.

Ensure robust talent development, succession planning, and performance management systems are in place across all levels of the organization.

Act as a champion for matrixed collaboration---resolving conflicts, aligning shared priorities, and co-owning outcomes with functional peers.

Compliance & Risk Management

Maintain full compliance with financial, legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements---particularly in areas related to quality systems and FDA/regulatory standards.

Drive quality-first thinking and ensure all site activities support patient safety, product integrity, and audit readiness.
