Wantable is on the hunt for a resourceful, sharp, and unflappable Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role made for the kind of person who always knows what's needed before it's asked, juggles priorities like a pro, and is driven by being the behind-the-scenes go-getter that keeps things moving.

What We're Looking For:

A "get-it-done" problem solver who thrives on making things happen

Someone who can balance the urgent and the important, with a track record of accountability

3+ years of experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role

Superuser of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive - all of it)

Excellent communicator, hyper-organized, and cool under pressure

Able to handle sensitive info with total discretion

Must have a reliable vehicle

Flexibility for occasional evening/weekend needs

What You'll Be Doing:

Masterfully manage calendars, appointments, and meeting prep

Cruise between our Corporate HQ and Fulfillment Center (just 15 mins apart) to tackle high-priority needs

Draft presentations, compile reports, and organize key materials like a boss

Coordinate with execs, department heads, and managers to keep things flowing

Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up as needed

Track stats, monitor dashboards, and surface the insights that matter

Handle errands, expense reports, facility access, and more - you're the go-to
