JetCo Federal is a small business that supplies government clients, primarily the Department of Defense, with packaging materials and expertise, logistics management, order fulfillment, fulfillment and distribution, warehousing services, and warehouse consumables. What You Will Do in This Role:

This role will coordinate and expedite order flow between suppliers and customers according to production schedules. Duties include reviewing and distributing production orders and shipment schedules, conferring with suppliers to determine work progress and ready dates, and reporting on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and quality issues.

Qualifications:

Two years of experience in a general business position

Exceptional customer focus

Demonstrated success setting priorities and meeting deadlines

Ability to interact with suppliers and earn their professional respect

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop practical solutions

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and maintaining high standards

Desire to work in a small and scrappy business environment

Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team

Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology

Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Computer skills; MS Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally heavier items with assistance.

Ability to stand, walk, bend and twist for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:

Working knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software

Associates or Bachelors degree or relevant work experience

Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
