Location: 2000 Allentown Road, Lima, OH 45805

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday--Thursday (9AM--6PM), Friday (9AM--7PM), Saturday (9AM--4PM, rotating off) Starting Pay: $16--$18 per hour (with performance-based raises)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented **Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and following up with non-renewal accounts through various communication channels, including phone calls, text messages, and field visits. Your ability to problem-solve and maintain accurate customer records will be key in supporting store operations and achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:**

Proactively follow up with non-renewal accounts daily via phone, text, and in-person visits

Update customer information in both physical files and the computer system

Communicate regularly with the General Manager to track progress and complete assigned tasks

Assist in maintaining and updating the store's goal boards

Contribute to team efforts in reaching monthly renewal and performance goals

Complete various store-related tasks as assigned by the General Manager

Work collaboratively in a team environment to drive success

Qualifications:**

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

Self-motivated and results-driven

Comfortable with customer interaction and problem-solving

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to work flexible weekday schedules and rotating Saturdays
