Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Job Summary

Drive Class 8 trucks and below to transport materials to designated locations. Apply knowledge of commercial driving regulations and local roads, adhering to safety regulations, while ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain daily inspection log.

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for operating and driving a 1-ton or class7/8 truck to transport materials to and from specified destinations.

Inspect truck equipment and supplies (e.g., tires, lights, brake, gas, oil, etc.) following safety protocols such as pre-trip inspections, checking wear and tears, and ensuring all safety features as operational.

Ability to load and unload kits manually onto trucks.

Frequently communicate with management to receive delivery or pick-up instructions either by telephone or radio contact.

Identify and communicate all equipment damage to EMLS management.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or GED.

Must have class A license without restrictions.

Minimum 6-months CDL experience preferred.

Hold a valid commercial drivers license.

Must be able to meet company standards MVR background requirements.

Must be 25 years or over.

Proficiency in reading letters and numbers.

Effective communication with co-workers, management, and customers.

Mathematical skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

The ability to interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
