PETROL, a leading full-service advertising agency specializing in progressive marketing for some of the biggest brands in tech, sports, and video gaming-among many more-is seeking a full-time Media Planner (Strategy/Markets). With dedicated departments for print services, motion graphics, AV, social media, interactive/digital, as well as media planning & buying, we regularly develop fully integrated global marketing campaigns for some major brands across genres.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Involved in the development and implementation for both national and local media campaigns.

Work closely with media team members (Directors, Supervisor, Sr. Planners,

Analyst), and assist in comprehensive media strategy development to meet clients marketing

objectives.

Will touch on all aspects of digital and traditional media campaigns from setup and planning to execution and post campaign.

Assemble media consideration set and make recommendations re: agency advertising budgets; utilizing media research tools, internal resources and industry/market knowledge.

Develop RFPs for media publishers; gather and analyze proposals to determine media selections and positioning, as required.

Compile and analyze performance reports for online media campaigns on a regular basis, analyze large sheets of data, identify trends in data, provide insights for planning team, and measurement/tracking for campaign KPIs.

Will also perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Master's degree in public relations, media or related field

At least 1 year in position offered or in social media position

360 degree strategic media planning

Multimedia content creation

Plan Omni-channel media campaigns

Monitor key e-commerce metrics and draw strategic insights from data

Use Mar-tech tools (Similar web, good analytics, Cision)

Global go-to-market and branding strategy development and execution, bridging communication between cross functional teams

Conduct competitor analysis by benchmarking marketing efforts

Social media paid content planning, operation and reporting

Business analytics and data visualization

Influencer marketing and relationship management

SQL for Database

Python

Salary Range: $86,112 to $86,112 per year
