As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area.

Your New Role:

Greeting customers; answering customer phone calls and assisting

in-store customers. Identify, source, and invoice needed parts and products.

Restocking and maintaining visual displays both in retail store area

and in stock room.

Inventory control processes, including parts stocking, daily orders

and warehouse returns.

Maintaining work area and stock room in a neat and orderly manner.

Assist in annual physical inventory counts.

Performing other duties and tasks as directed by management.

Requirements

Strong customer service experience; in-person and over the phone.

Experience working with a warehouse environment.

Experience working with inventory control.

Previous automotive or dealer product support.

A willingness to learn and be trained.

The ability to manage time and attendance. You must dependable,

self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

This position requires but is not limited to standing, bending,

crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting to 80 lbs., routinely 20-50 lbs.
