Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.

Monitor patients health by checking vital signs and managing medical equipment.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Record patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.

Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding when necessary.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.

Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols.

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license in NE.

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
