Job Description UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring a(n) Associate Director, Business Manager (ref. Code 001873) in New York, NY.

Duties: Serve as primary aide to the respective business and coordinate the supporting streams including functionally controlling the interfaces to Finance, Operating Management, Vendor Management, HR, Legal, and Compliance. Provide business-related services and support to a stream and across the broader division. Support the stream leadership in the hiring process, to efficiently manage the product portfolio and evaluate and mitigate risks. Perform financial tracking towards financial targets and report to the respective stream members including headcount, software/contracts, and infrastructure. Support the stream leadership in developing, coordinating, and evaluating a business strategy and business plan for their area of responsibility. Drive initiatives that cut across the division. Can work hybrid (In-office/remote).

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Technology Lead, Technology Analyst, or related ted occupation.
