Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Facilities Watchman. This position will be located in Vichy, MO.

Summary: The Facilities Watchman will provide monitoring of Brewer Science facilities and operational systems to include, but not limited to: fire monitoring/suppression, access controls, manufacturing processes, closed circuit video, Building Automation System (BAS), and other operational systems.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring of facility systems

Observe and report non-compliances within operational systems

Direct and/or execute assigned immediate actions of the Emergency Response Plan (ERP)

Perform monitoring patrols to enforce facility regulations and make routine safety checks of buildings and equipment

Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create safety concerns or safety hazards

Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons

Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles

Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities

Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Education and Credentials:

High School Diploma or

Formal training in security systems, Law Enforcement, Military, or Emergency Response preferred but not required

Equivalent combination of education and related experience
