Delivering Exceptional Results for an Average Paycheck? Keep Reading

Since 1975 Thrasher has been redefining what it means to be a contractor. We are a family owned company with locations across the U.S. specializing in waterproofing, foundations, and concrete repair and we are on a mission to deliver a WOW experience in an industry known for mediocrity. We believe fulfilling work creates fulfilling lives and we back that up by investing in our people, challenging the status quo, and creating real opportunities for growth. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat; we are looking for leaders who want to make an impact.

The Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will:

Close. Run 2-3 pre-qualified in-home appointments a day, Monday through Friday. No cold-calling, no scheduling bottlenecks.

Solve. Homeowners need you. You're not pushing a service they don't need, you're designing a permanent fix and handing them peace of mind.

Lead. We're the standard everyone else in this industry is chasing. Other companies watch what we do, and that's a compliment. What you deliver in every home is exactly why they're watching.

Why High Performers Choose Thrasher

Uncapped income: our top reps consistently earn $200k-$260k+

No prospecting: You close. We fill your calendar.

Serious growth: we invest in developing leaders and promoting from within

Mission with momentum: we're redefining an industry, not maintaining one

Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with 5% match, HSA and more
