Jennifer Fukumae with Robert Half's Financial Services Division is partnering with a well-established East Bay RIA managing $4B+ in AUM to add a Financial Planner to their growing team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a CFP® professional who enjoys building comprehensive financial plans, working directly with Advisors, and contributing to a collaborative, client-first environment-with only 2 days onsite!

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the development of comprehensive, customized financial plans for high-net-worth clients

Partner closely with Advisors and actively participate in client meetings as a financial planning expert

Drive the design, presentation, and execution of sophisticated planning strategies across retirement, tax, estate, and equity compensation

Conduct in-depth research on planning strategies, regulatory updates, and industry trends

Maintain and optimize client data within financial planning platforms

Help shape and refine internal planning processes, policies, and best practices

Act as a key resource to Advisors on complex planning scenarios and evolving client needs

Requirements

What They're Looking For

CFP® designation (required)

Bachelor's degree (required)

2+ years of hands-on experience building and delivering financial plans

Strong experience with tools like MoneyGuidePro and custodians such as Schwab and Fidelity

Exposure to holistic planning topics including estate, tax, retirement, and equity compensation
