Role Overview

As a Laser Machine Operator, you will run and maintain our Amada, Mazak, and Mitsubishi laser systems. Our workflow often pairs long-running jobs with shorter ones, allowing a single operator to manage multiple machines at once. You'll be responsible for machine setup, program verification, and following established quality standards to ensure every part produced meets our expectations.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently set up and operate laser cutting machines

Follow setup sheets and assist in updating or creating new documentation as needed

Produce high-quality parts on schedule, maintaining full accountability for the quality of your work

Accurately interact with the ERP system, including clocking in and out of jobs

Support other departments when needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HAYWARD, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
